REFLECTION
Initially, this module felt like it would be very scary and difficult
considering that I have zero knowledge of coding but after this semester I
actually quite like it. I wouldn't say that it wasn't difficult or
frustrating at times but that's part of the experience when you learn new
things. I gained a lot of first time experiences as I did my assignments. Using Bootstrap definitely sped up my learning as I was able to refer to working codes. However, as I progressed, I gained more and more personal interest in coding and wanted to try implementing things that I didn't learn in class. So I took to YouTube and other online sources to begin learning new things that I could try out in my work such as JavaScript.
I feel that this module was really new and educational for me and I honestly had an initial rooted hatred for it as I heard that it is similar to mathematics (which I hate with all my being). Interestingly enough, it wasn't bad at all in my opinion. It was super fun and while frustrating at times, being able to see the final outcome of my coding work and function fine is strangely satisfying.
All in all, this module was super fun and a great introduction into learning coding HTML and CSS. It gave me a peek into what my future as
a UI/UX Designer will be like. I hope that I will be able to advance my coding skills even further for future game design and development so I'm pretty excited for that.
